  • View and edit data sets
  • Combine scripts, data and other files into projects (.Rproj)
  • Version management with Git
  • Create reports from within RStudio using knitr or Sweave
  • Graphical debugger
  • Direct compilation and integration of code in C, C++ or Fortran
