The University Computer Centre provides PC workstations in central PC pools. These are spread across the university at several locations. On this page we inform you about the PC pools in the lecture hall building and their technical equipment.
Detailed technical equipment of the PC workstations in the lecture hall building
The PC workstations in the lecture hall building have different technical equipment. Below you will find information about which workstations are equipped with which software and hardware.
Room H -01 is designated as a teaching pool, which is primarily intended for face-to-face courses and online examinations:
- Hardware: 28 workstations with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), 24-inch monitors
Operating system: Microsoft Windows 11
Software: MS Office, LibreOffice, Firefox, MS Edge, PDF Reader / XChange Editor, Citavi, Zotero, Gimp, Inkscape, R, R Studio, VLC, Audacity, Matlab, SPSS, Amos, Notepad++, Paint.NET, 7-Zip
Online exams: Arabic, ILIAS*, Moodle (Teaching), Moodle (Exam), Moodle (Further training), *expected until December 2025
