With this service, lectures, experiments, seminars etc. can be recorded with video and sound and broadcast live. Different technology is used depending on the technical equipment in the rooms.

  • Automatic provision of recordings in Moodle courses
  • Provision of the recording (raw material) for further processing
  • Rental of mobile technology (360° conference camera with tripod, clip-on microphone, notebook with video editing software, cables, batteries, adapters, etc.) for streaming and recordings (plus video conferencing)
  • Training in the use of the technology

REQUIREMENTS

The service can be used by:

  • Students, lecturers, staff and guests with a currently valid personal university login.

  • For all services of the University Computer Centre, the IuK usage regulations of the University Computer Centre of the University of Leipzig apply in principle. Misuse of services of the University Computer Centre may lead to the termination of the usage permit and, if applicable, to criminal proceedings.
